About the Role
- Assisting and Leading Project team and Design Team Leads in Issuances
- Smooth document transfer with Manila, document Upload/Download
- Give accurate weekly reports on Tech Subs and RFI's
- Collaborate and lead communications with the design team/project leads
- Design team produces deliverables schedule, this outlines date/distribution list and informs volume of document control work
- Document Control consults the Design Manager on timescales to deliver volume
- Collaborate with Design Team for smoothest transition of documentation
- Complete configuration management and issue packages
- This includes all contracted documentation (CAD's, DWG's, schedules, models, etc.) on time, meeting the client's deliverables/deadlines
- Ensuring that live projects utilize the correct file folder structure
