About the Role
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain proper filing and organization of all project documents, drawings, and correspondence (hardcopy and electronic).
- Ensure all documents are properly recorded, tracked, and easily retrievable.
- Control document versioning and ensure only the latest documents are used.
- Prepare, compile, and submit documents to relevant Malaysian authorities.
- Follow up with local authorities on submission status, approvals, and compliance matters.
- Coordinate with consultants, engineers, contractors, and site personnel on document submissions and updates.
- Distribute approved documents and drawings to relevant parties.
- Maintain document logs, registers, and submission records.
- Provide administrative and documentation support to the project team.
- Ensure confidentiality and proper handling of all project documents.
