Position: Document Controller

Salary Package: RM4,500 - RM5,500

Working Location: Sunway Iskandar, JB

Working Days: Monday to Friday

Working Hours: 8:30am - 5:30pm

Job Descriptions:

• Responsible for receiving, registering, coding, distributing, archiving, and disposing of all project-related documents (including drawings, contracts, reports, correspondences, etc.).
• Ensure all documentation is version-controlled, updated in a timely manner, and compliant with company procedures, contractual requirements, and relevant Malaysian regulations.
• Prepare project progress reports (weekly & monthly), record and distribute meeting minutes, and follow up on action items.
