Document Controller

We have an opportunity for a Document Controller on a major data centre project in Finland. This role is vital to supporting the smooth operation of a fast-paced construction site environment, ensuring the effective management and control of all project documentation in accordance with company standards.

Responsibilities

• Ensure all project documentation adheres to company standards and the Integrated Management System (IMS).
• Distribute and track documents to ensure that all relevant stakeholders receive and have access to the latest versions of project documentation (including drawings, schedules, specifications, contracts, submittals, RFIs, and reports).
