About the Role
A. QUALITY:
- Report to Senior Manager HR / ADM/ QUALITY ASSURANCE
- To ensure company compliance with ISO Standards and regulations. Execute all certification processes , managing the changes and maintaining the certification activities according to the product certification procedures and the accreditation requirements
- Manage and resolve customer complaints, address quality issues, and improve customer satisfaction
- Adhere and enforce all Quality and stay abreast of relevant laws, regulations and procedures inclusive safety and environment
- Control Document Lifecycle. Develop and manage the creation, amended ,storage, retrieval and disposal of both electronic and physical documents
- Provide Training and Communication. Train and educate staff on documented management procedures, standards and best practices
- Implement quality control processes to ensure document accuracy, completeness and compliance with standards
