About the Role

Our client, a well-established gold producer, developer, and explorer based in Perth, operates in Western Australia and is currently seeking an experienced Mill Shift Supervisor to join their team on a short-term contract (with potential for extension). This is a FIFO role from Perth on an 8/6 roster.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee and lead daily processing operations including crushing, milling, leaching, gold room, and tailings management.
Ensure gold recovery and site security protocols are maintained at all times.
Lead by example and foster a positive, productive team culture.
Train, mentor, and coordinate the shift crew to meet performance targets.
Champion safety on site – conduct incident investigations, daily pre-starts, and risk assessments.
Collaborate with leadership to support weekly planning and ensure plan compliance.
