About the Role
A CNC machinist programming DMG Mori Seikis for a world class manufacturer of after market parts for the automotive industry. For a CNC Programmer Operator interested in working for an industry leader in steel and aluminium fabrication, with a strong commitment to excellence and using the latest manufacturing practices.
- Requires Mori Seiki experience and Unrestricted Australian work rights
- Salary Range: $40-$42 per hour plus overtime
- Based in Northern suburbs of Melbourne
A normal day includes:
- Operating sophisticated equipment such as the DMG Mori Horizontal Mill and DMG Mori Lathes.
- Programming new jobs into CNC machines
- Using FANUC Control as there is no CAD station
- Analysing work order blueprints for determining the specifications
- Quality inspection for drawings
