Job Description :

Job’s purpose:
• To ensure the implementation, integrity and continual improvement of the BVCPS Quality System in terms of ISO 17025 system, and that processes and procedures meet or exceed client requirements and company objectives, for Vietnam testing operations.
Main Responsibilities
1. Quality system:
• Take the responsibilities of location quality representative.
• Facilitate problem resolution, as applicable, for any client issues identified, highlighted or questions with the aim of enhancing client satisfaction and improving client relations.
• Implement, maintain and improve the Operations’ quality system compliant with BVCPS Quality Manual and appropriate standards.
• Partner with testing labs and client groups to ensure that all work is done according to specified protocols, methods, regulations and standards, and that errors are addressed appropriately with corrective actions as ne...
