About the Role
We are seeking a Division Manager, Managed Services who will be accountable to maintain a team of outsource headcount & build a business model to deliver and support both Enterprise & Defence Sector.
Responsibilities
Responsible for the Division's P&L
Develop and manage a new business model of remote managed services for Enterprise/Public sector
Establish and maintain process with Customer Success Division for business collaboration
Responsible for team's career planning & hiring of new staff
Requirements
Strong experiences in managed services business model
At least 3 years of experience in team management
Experience in project management is advantage
Experience in project funding management will be advantage.
At least 5 years of IT or Cyber Security related experience
Experience in Defence Sector will be advantage
Work Location: Jurong East
