+ Territory management and development区域管理和发展

+ Develop and implement market development plan in accordance to assigned sales targets.

+ Guide and supervise the team members in the territory to establish marketing plans and sales targets reached

+ Develop and maintain good working relationships with key customers, with the objective to achieve growth of customer accounts

+ Organize and coordinate of professional education and marketing activities for the territory’s business development

+ Responsible for VBP management as well as market access for the assigned territory
