Qualifications

- At least 3–5 years of experience in sales, sales management, or district/territory management, preferably in pharmaceuticals or the healthcare industry
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing high-performing teams.
- Experience with sales forecasting, reporting, and territory planning.
