Who you are:Leading a district with responsibility for all aspects of the management of multiple stores, shop-in-shop locations and concessions.Responsible for driving business, meeting budgets, and maintaining a proactive business plan.
What you'll do:People:
- Inspire, lead and coach store management teams
- Recruit and develop top talent
- Manage HR issues with HRBP
- Partner with HR and Finance on performance tools
Service:
- Support customer service resolution
- Drive revenue through local events
- Collaborate with partners and corporate teams
