Position Functions
- Achieve store sales targets through the sales of Finance & Insurance (F&I) products delivering Profit Gap Analysis (PGA) results of 100% or more
- Taking turn overs and performing all business office related duties
- In store, one on one sales training with F&I Managers through live client facing sales modeling the Sym-Tech F&I process (Show me’s and sit in’s)
