District Manager – Calgary

The District Manager will lead approximately 10–13 stores in Calgary, AB, reporting to the Operations Director. The role ensures efficient, profitable operation, supports store operators, oversees program execution, manages P&L, CTO duties and contract execution.

Responsibilities

• Support a group of store operators (10‑13) on all aspects of store operations, including controls, promotional activity, paper flow, community involvements, store inspections and overall performance.
• Prioritize customer service, engage and expediently resolve escalated customer concerns.
• Conduct district meetings, deliver training initiatives and inform store operators of directives.
• Supervise store operations, housekeeping, stock levels, and enforce corporate policies and procedures.
• Monitor sales, competitive pricing, sales incentives and promotional programs.
