District Manager - Beauty Sector

The District Manager will have the following responsibilities :

• Full steering of the store network to ensure commercial performance and achievement of targets.


• In‑depth P&L management, including profitability, margins, payroll costs, productivity, and operational expenses.


• Monitoring of key KPIs such as revenue, conversion rate, average basket, sales index, units per transaction, perfect basket, and market share.


• Daily field presence with regular store visits, on‑the‑ground support, and team development.


• Recruitment activities, conducting individual interviews, regular check‑ins, and upskilling of teams.


• Guaranteeing operational excellence, including safety standards, processes, shrink management, and execution of the retail commercial calendar.
