Administrative & Operational Support
Be the first point of contact for Head Office inquiries and district communications.
Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence for District Managers.
Coordinate meetings, travel, and accommodations for district events and training.
Maintain filing systems and ensure compliance with document retention policies.
Keep district data up-to-date across systems and platforms.
Store Operations & Financial Reporting
Assist in tracking KPIs and financial performance across stores.
Run daily/weekly reports to support operational efficiency.
