Distributor Specialist (J&F)

Position Overview

The distributor's responsibilities include negotiating with vendors and suppliers, inspecting and receiving goods, conducting market research, and updating records.

Manages General Trade Outlet in his/her responsibility

• Coordinates with ADP OM/Supervisor in identifying Salesmen and for Skills and; Capability Development.
• Conduct classroom Modular Skills Training for the identified Salesmen
• Coaches identified Salesmen in the actual execution of skills acquired during Modular Training through Route Riding.
• Apply Tell, Show, Drill, Execute and; Monitor process during the Route Riding.
• Assists salesman in the proper documentation and right record keeping

Manages Trade Execution and Trade Assets

• Responsible for 100% Trade Execution for General Trade Accounts ensure perfect in-outlet execution, Store Must Carry SKU's Share of Shelves, SKU Blocking, Product Positioning, Pricin...
