Distribution & Operations Manager

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end warehouse and operations activities, including accurate and timely order fulfilment, receiving, shipping, inventory control, and quality compliance.
• Lead and manage a team of operations staff, including coaching, performance management, training, and workforce planning.
• Manage operational budgets and cost controls, including expense tracking and P&L accountability related to operations.
• Maintain facility readiness, including housekeeping, equipment upkeep, and coordination of preventive maintenance activities.
• Maintain a safe, secure, and inclusive working environment in accordance with company policies and regulatory standards.
• Ensure compliance with internal processes, audit requirements, and quality management systems.
