Minimum Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent. Bachelor’s degree preferred.
10+ years of hands-on management experience in 500,000+ square-foot distribution centers, including recruitment and motivation of a 300+ employee team.
Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
Experience with performance metrics and warehouse management systems (WMS) is a plus.
