About the Role

Job Responsibilities 1. Channel & Distributor Network Development Source, negotiate and onboard regional distributors, ESS integrators and installation contractors; establish tiered distribution network and achieve annual channel expansion & sales KPIs. Design distributor rebate policies, governance rules and enablement programs to deliver pre-sales technical training and after-sales capability building for channel partners. Identify commercial/residential storage & automotive OEM project opportunities and drive end-to-end regional business execution. 2. Build Localized End-to-End After-Sales System from Scratch Construct local after-sales organization: arrange resident field engineers, audit & qualify third-party service vendors, deploy authorized regional repair sites. Draft full set of after-sales SOPs: service request workflow, on-site maintenance specs, warranty claim rules, spare parts replacement & returns, customer complaint closed-loop management.
