We’re looking for an experienced Distribution Assets Engineer or Senior Engineer who thrives at the intersection of field reality and strategic asset management, and who believes the best solutions are co-created with the people doing the work. 

This role is ideal for an engineer who enjoys being present, influential, and hands-on — equally comfortable on site with crews as you are in technical specification reviews and safety forums. 

What you’ll be involved in:

You’ll spend meaningful time in the field, building strong relationships with Zinfra crews and supervisors, creating space for open conversations about safety, and ensuring concerns are genuinely heard, prioritised, and actioned.
