Overview

We’re looking for a Display Operations Lead LATAM to join our team in Bogotá and help shape the future of contextual advertising as we continue to expand globally.

What You’ll Do

• Oversee the daily operational execution of the global display production pipeline, ensuring smooth workflows and reliable SLA delivery.
• Manage real-time resource allocation across regions, assigning designers based on workload, priority, and capacity.
• Activate and coordinate outsourcing with external vendors when internal capacity is insufficient.
• Monitor operational signals such as ticket volume, SLA risk, repeat issues, and handoff quality, taking proactive action to rebalance workloads.
• Enforce global workflows and operational processes, ensuring consistent execution by Design Client Leads and Coordinators.
