- Telefonische und schriftliche Kommunikation mit IT‑Techniker:innen und Kund:innen
- Dispatching von IT‑Serviceaufträgen, Tickets und Incidents
- Proaktive Terminplanung und -koordination von Techniker‑Einsätzen
