About the role:
The Fleet Allocator role is working in a fast-paced team environment within the Sameday operation. You will be responsible for ensuring a high level of service to our customers urgent Sameday courier services by efficiently managing and allocating jobs to the fleet of drivers.
Work within a Sameday Radio Room, being our first point of contact for our professional couriersAllocate courier jobs to Sameday couriers in an efficient, effective manner to meet service delivery timesPlan & prioritise jobs in a fast-paced environmentApply knowledge of transport dispatch, freight management, and GPS Tracking systemsAssist with collation of data for recording and achieving KPI’s (Service Quality)Communicate effectively with other allocators & quality control staff to ensure efficient job allocationAbout you
