Key Responsibilities
Manage ride bookings and assign trips to drivers in real time.
Monitor ongoing trips and coordinate with drivers to ensure timely pickups and drop-offs.
Respond promptly to customer inquiries and service requests.
Handle operational issues, delays, and schedule changes while maintaining a high level of service quality.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth daily operations.
Requirements
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
0 to 6 months experience
Strong linguistic skills with a clear and professional accent.
Previous limousine dispatching experience is a plus.

Morning Shift | Evening Shift | Night Shift
