About the Role

Overview
Job Skills / Requirements
Take incoming radio, phone and in-person calls, document details and escalate to proper resources
Dispatch Security, Cleaning Services and Building Operators to calls as required
Dispatch security services to critical facility issues, including medical, fire, and disturbances
Provide detailed documentation of activity as called into the dispatch center into event logs
Dispatching for emergency situations (EPS, EMS, EFD)
Monitor CCTV and provide support to Security Agents responding to calls
Oversee facility monitoring systems, and escalate when equipment signals an alarm
Communicate and provide regular updates by email distribution groups for all events on the property
Provide key access through key control system for employees and contractors
Provide contractor sign in / sign out process; sign out equipment as needed to contractors
