We are seeking an experienced and hands-on Dispatch Supervisor to oversee outbound operations within a packhouse environment. The role focuses on ensuring efficient staging, inspection, and dispatch of stock while maintaining compliance with food safety, quality, and health & safety standards. The successful candidate will lead operational teams, manage stock flow, and support smooth daily dispatch activities.

Qualifications

Requirements / Qualifications:

• Grade 12 or equivalent
• Diploma or relevant short courses in Supply Chain, Logistics, or Transportation (advantageous)
• Packhouse and outbound logistics experience preferred
• Knowledge of PPECB requirements, BRC/HACCP, and cold-chain principles
