DISPATCH SUPERVISOR

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS Grade 12 or equivalent Diploma or short course in Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field (preferred) Short Course in Supply Chain Professional (CSCP) or equivalent Short Course in Transportation and Logistics BRC/HACCP awareness PPECB inspection and sampling procedure training Health & Safety, First Aid awareness Management/Mentoring and Team Leader Training for Supervisors Internal audit and corrective action processes Packhouse experience will be an advantage. SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES REQUIRED Knowledge of outbound logistics and packhouse operations Cold-chain and stock rotation (FIFO) understanding Understanding of regulatory compliance: PPECB, BRC/HACCP, transport, and labor law Equipment operation awareness: forklift, reach truck, and man hand handling.
