What You’ll Be Doing: 
Lead 8:15 AM Dispatch Meeting: review active/upcoming projects, risks, and action plans.

Present concise project updates at 8:45 AM LML Meeting, including weather, road conditions, and inventory.

Complete and distribute customer trucking reports by 11:30 AM daily.

Review cross-shift notes and ensure team alignment on project dispatch methods and potential risks.

Provide proactive, solution-focused customer updates including: Issue summary
Resolution plan
Current and planned roster size
Planned tonnage (12–24 hours)
