Monday to Friday | 9:30 AM – 5:30 PM

At Team Global Express, we keep Australia moving. We’re now seeking a proactive and customer-focused Dispatch Officer to join our Courier operations team at Port Melbourne to service our SA operations.

This is a key operational role where you’ll optimise fleet productivity, allocate daily runs, and ensure pick-ups and deliveries run smoothly—while maintaining a strong focus on safety, fairness, and customer service.

About the Role

As a Dispatch Officer, you will be responsible for coordinating permanent and ad-hoc courier runs, allocating work fairly across the fleet, and ensuring customers receive a reliable, high-quality service.

You’ll work closely with drivers, contractors, and internal teams to manage daily operations, respond to changing demands, and keep our network performing at its best.
