Dispatch Officer

Role Summary: The Dispatch Officer is responsible for issuing the manual loading orders for Coral trucks. He is also responsible for assisting the Dispatch Manager and the whole dispatching team in the performance of their daily duties to ensure uninterrupted service.


Responsibilities

•Generate manual loading orders for Coral trucks as per the assigned category ensuring compliance with Company’s policies and procedures

•Assist with invoices generation when requested by the Dispatch Manager

•Assist in the reconciliation of invoices with Loading orders and VAT on the system

•Assist in the Follow up with drivers regarding any issues

•Assist the dispatch team during the performance of their daily tasks.





Qualifications

•High School or technical degree

•0-2 years of experience in a related position

•Basic knowledge in Word, Excel, and other MS Office suite applications
