Key Responsibilities:
Plan and schedule dispatches according to daily delivery requirements.
Coordinate with warehouse and transport teams for loading/unloading and timely
dispatch of goods.
Monitor vehicle movement and ensure route optimization.
Track shipments and provide real-time updates to customers and internal
stakeholders.
Maintain accurate records of dispatches, deliveries, and returns.
Communicate effectively with drivers to handle delays, route changes, and other
concerns.
Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and legal
requirements.
Assist in managing inventory levels and reporting shortages or discrepancies.
