Dispatch Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Responsible for overall fulfillment cycle of the deliveries including arranging the transportation, scheduling & orchestrating the deliveries.
• Responsible in monitoring, checking and facilitating of the deliveries from the origin point to the other destination.
• Responsible in preparing and checking the loads per shipment.
• Responsible in client interface for updates or such.
• Responsible in orientation of new crew
• Assist in Proof of Delivery reconciliation

Qualifications

• Bachelor's/College Degree in Engineering (Industrial), Business Studies/Administration/Management, Logistics/Transportation or equivalent.
• Required Skill(s): logistics, supply chain
• 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employee specialized in Logistics/Supply Chain or equivalent.
• Candidate must be willing to work from 6x a week.
• Amenable to work on a shifting schedule.
