We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Coordinator to manage the full cycle of work orders, from intake and scheduling to documentation, billing, and client communication. This role is the operational backbone between our field technicians, our administrative team, and our corporate clients.

Operational

• Receive, register, and track all work orders from intake to final billing and payment confirmation
• Schedule and coordinate mechanics based on inspection priorities and incoming service requests
• Review inspection and repair reports submitted by field technicians ensuring accuracy and completeness before invoicing
• Coordinate parts requirements with vendors and internal supply teams prior to scheduling repairs
• Prepare and submit service invoices fully supported by inspection data, repair documentation, and photographic evidence
