SITE MANAGER DETAILED TASKS AND DUTIES
ROLE SUMMARY
Responsible for the Site Waste Discard Operation.
Achieve Waste Discard production targets in line with the contract.
Responsible for the Site Transport Operation.
Achieve transport targets in line with the contract with the Power Plant.
Provide leadership to all staff at the mine.
QAULIFICATIONS: 4 year degree/Diploma in Mining/Engineeringor equivalent
SKILLS REQUIRED: 5 years experience at mine overseer level or senior RESPONSIBILITIES: Responsible for providing technical expert advice on logistics of mine operations including transport.
Oversees the scheduling of maintenance of mine equipment.
Ensures that all mining operations comply with all legislative and other requirements.
Plans and forecasts operational requirements to meet production needs.
