Umina Beach, NSW, AustraliaThe Role:Support adults living in CPA group homes to lead rich, independent and empowered lives. This opportunity is working with our SIL house clients in Umina Beach. Your day-to-day may include:
Providing respectful support with personal care, mealtimes, medication, and daily routines
Encouraging skill-building, independence, and decision-making
Supporting community engagement, social connection and transport (including use of CPA vans & in your own vehicle)
Following person-centred plans with empathy and professionalism
Building positive relationships with our clients
