Director/Curator

Summary of Position Reporting to the Board of Directors, the Director‑Curator will manage all aspects of the gallery’s daily operations, lead NG in developing a curatorial vision, and curate projects, exhibitions, and other engagement activities. The role includes a four‑day work week totaling 30 hours, with the remaining 5 hours worked flexibly to fulfill job duties such as exhibition/event installations, board meetings, grant deadlines, and other tasks as needed.

Term Two‑year term, with the possibility of permanent appointment.

Hours 35 hours a week with periodic evening and weekend work.

Compensation 50,000 per year.

Benefits Health and dental benefits; 4 weeks of vacation for the first year and a total of 5 weeks per year thereafter; relocation expenses may be provided.
