Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization:

As the Head of Distribution Center (DC) Operations for TJDC, you hold full accountability for building and leading a best-in-class distribution network that powers our business in China. Your mission is to drive operational excellence, build scalable capacity and capabilities, and deliver superior service to all customers and consumers. You will ensure the achievement of all key performance targets – including UPH （ DC productivity ） , OTIF (On-Time In-Full), financial budgets, and cost efficiency—while fostering a culture of continuous improvement and customer-centricity across the DC organization.
