Director Test Engineering

Role & responsibilities:

• Lead the end-to-end QA delivery for one or more major banking programs/projects.
• Define, establish, and implement robust QA processes and methodologies aligned with industry best practices and regulatory expectations.
• Conduct QA process audits to ensure compliance with internal standards and continuous improvement.
• Oversee planning, execution, and reporting of all testing phases, including functional, regression, system integration, UAT, performance, and automation testing.
• Design and implement test strategies for both manual and automated testing efforts, ensuring comprehensive coverage and risk-based prioritization.
• Drive QA transformation initiatives including test automation, integration into DevOps/CI-CD pipelines, and the adoption of advanced QA tools and technologies.
