About the Role

The Role:
Directs and leads a global Software Project Management Office (SW PMO) responsible for portfolio planning, program execution governance, and on-time delivery of highly complex IoT software-enabled product solutions. This role sets strategy, establishes execution discipline, and drives continuous improvement across software and product development while influencing outcomes across R&D, Product Management, and Business teams.
Essential Functions
Lead and develop a global team of technical program and project managers; establish vision, mission, and objectives aligned with PMO and corporate strategy.
Build strong leadership capability within the team through mentoring, coaching, and performance management.
Partner with R&D, Product Management, and Business leadership to drive portfolio and roadmap alignment.
