Director, Research and Pipeline Development

OVERVIEW

Reporting to the Managing Director, Revenue Operations, the Director, Research and Pipeline Development will implement key workstreams for the prospect research function supporting all development and sales staff at Year Up United. The role establishes new processes in this function, develops prospect assignment and research systems—especially those related to corporate philanthropy—and conducts action‑oriented research for leadership, development officers, and sales staff.

The Director will also have the opportunity to mentor Year Up United students as a coach, group facilitator, and advocate, contributing to a positive educational environment.
