About the Role

The purpose of Global VE/CE Projects Engineering Director role is to lead the VE/CE GPE team, working in various engineering disciplines like HPS, HBS and UOP. The VE/CE Projects Director will drive key metrics of VE/CE inside the Projects business across GBEs, creating and managing productivity projects. 
Principal Responsibilities  
 The principal responsibility is to drive engineering productivity in the Projects Business by contributing in the following areas: 
Share a vision, mission and charter for the VE/CE GPE team. 
Keep very high employee motivation to deliver on quality and schedule for all assignments. Drive employee engagement and keep attrition under control for key positions. 
Drive standard HR Processes like HPD, succession planning, performance driven differentiation 
Effective employee communication through skip level meetings, townhalls, focus group communications etc.,
