Director, Product Design

We are looking for an experienced Director, Product Design to join our 200+ product organization in Helsinki.

As a Director, Product Design, you are overseeing our product design organization and own the user experience across the Smartly product offering. You work together with the rest of the product leadership team to ensure design is embedded in product decisions and development processes to deliver an enjoyable experience for our users and to achieve business outcomes. As a key member of our product leadership team, you will also be contributing to our overall product vision and strategy.

This plays a key role in developing and integrating the discipline of design into product strategy and the actions following it.
