Job Summary
To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a Director Process Engineering located in Guadalajara North, Campus.
Reporting to the General Manager. The Director of Processes is responsible for defining, standardizing, and optimizing manufacturing processes for PCBA and Box Build operations, ensuring operational excellence, quality, cost efficiency, and scalability. This role leads process strategy at a site or multi‑site level and works cross‑functionally with Engineering, Operations, Quality, Supply Chain, and Program Management.
