+ Develop Data Platform Strategy, key policies about usage of Data Platforms in IQVIA
+ Build and lead a small global data platform architecture team overseeing creation of best practices for the use of IQVIAs Data Platforms including: Cloudera, Databricks, Snowflake, Microsoft SQL Server, Oracle and many others
+ Create team strategy aligned with organizational goals
