Summary

As the Director, Partner Success, you will lead and manage the Partner Success team, ensuring the success of the OneStream partner ecosystem. You will be responsible for developing, supporting, and growing all skillsets within a portfolio of strategic partners, while also providing leadership, coaching, and performance management for a team of Partner Success Managers across NA, EMEA and APAC. This role blends people management, relationship management, enablement strategy, and operational excellence to help partners build scalable, high‑performing, and self‑sufficient practices.
