Director, Operations, Process Optimization & Data (London)

Key Responsibilities

• Operational Architecture & Business Administration (20%) — own the firm's operating model across both companies; partner with the Controller on the annual operating plan and budget; provide regular performance reporting to the Managing Partners.
• Data, Analytics & AI Capability (25%) — own the firm's data strategy and roadmap; build a firm‑wide reporting and analytics layer; define the KPI framework; lead the responsible adoption of applied AI; establish data governance covering access, retention, privacy, and audit‑readiness.
• Project Portfolio & Service Model Execution (20%) — direct an active project portfolio across operational, technology, and compliance initiatives; lead the rollout of the firm's restructured client service delivery model.
