A hybrid profile: strategic yet hands-on, with experience in digital banking, fintech, or financial institutions. This role will lead multidisciplinary teams (development, QA, UX, infrastructure) and define the technology architecture for a secure, scalable, and compliant financial platform.
✅ 10+ years in software development, 5+ years in tech leadership
✅ Proven experience in regulatory compliance (CNBV, Banxico, Fintech Law)
✅ Expertise in cloud architectures (AWS), CI/CD, security, and digital banking core systems
✅ Ability to translate business vision into innovative technological solutions
