We are currently seeking a Director of Sales & Marketing to lead the commercial strategy of an international luxury resort located in Cancun.

We are looking for a strategic leader with strong business acumen and a results-driven mindset, capable of elevating the hotel’s positioning in key markets (U.S., Mexico, and LATAM), optimizing segment mix, and strengthening brand presence within the luxury segment.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and execution of the overall sales and marketing strategy
• Leadership of sales, revenue, and marketing teams
• Development of key accounts and strategic partnerships
• Optimization of distribution channels and commercial performance
• Close collaboration with Operations and Revenue Management
