About the Role

Individual accountabilities
 Develop and implement marketing budget considering strategic initiatives and Must Win Battles 
 Build and develop marketing team that is forward thinking with tools, technology and approach 
 Plan and oversee advertising, public relations and promotion activities including print, online, electronic media and direct mail 
 Stay current with market trends, competitor news, product releases and people movement and recommend marketing plan 
 Understand go-to-market strategy and recommend best method to promote brands and businesses 
 Prepare marketing activity reports and present to leadership 
 Establish and maintain a consistent corporate image throughout all product lines, promotional materials and events 
 Support in AME Strategy related items as needed
